I like to keep abreast of new developments related to project management so I try to read as much as I can on the subject. Journal papers (mainly for my Master's research) and a lot of online articles and blogs.
There is a lot of good information out there and although I don't always agree with the authors I do find that it encourages me to think more about the subject. So much so, that I decided to share some of my thoughts, ideas and experiences through this blog.
I work as a project manager for an IT consulting firm in Sydney, Australia. I used to lead software development teams before transitioning to project management and I find that this experience helps me understand the challenges faced by development teams a little better.
